Everytime i have come at 8am For pathology, they are not open as stated on their website. They arrive whenever they feel like it. Meanwhile people are waiting outside needing to head off to work. Plus on top of that, all GP appts run at least 45 mins late. Seriously guys? How is this an acceptable design for a medical website. Not even remotely readable/accessible.
Clinic says it opens at 8am. Me and pathologist have been waiting out the front for over 20 minutes. As per other reviews for pathology, don’t bother with this place.
Avoid this clinic, they are unethical. I was asked to book a 40 min appointment when my results came in. I was kept waiting for half an hour. My results were of no concern, no further tests required, no drugs prescribed, no change in care. This could have been a 5 min phone call but I was charged $290 for the 40min consult. I made an official complaint to the clinic and they never replied. A complete waste of time and a waste of money. Highly unprofessional.
