Perfect spot for a stop over travelling to another place. The room was old and outdated but seemed clean, although worn. Bedding was clean on all beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a small kitchenette well stocked with dishes and cutlery and a wine bottle opener. We had no balcony or outdoor space, so avoid the small family room if you'd like that. The pool was smaller than pictures but we'll maintained and clean. Would stay again for a night, although avoid the room upstairs.

I loved the location as you are 1 minute away from the town centre and shopping complex. The room was modern, clean and comfortable at a very reasonable rate. I highly reccomend the Fitzroy Hotel Grafton! Thankyou to the staff who where very helpful and friendly, as it really made my weekend a very pleasant experience.

I'm so glad we chose to stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and had some great amenities. But the real highlight was the pool - it was absolutely amazing ! And the staff were just fantastic, providing us with some really helpful advice on what to do in Grafton on the weekend.

German cockroaches in the room... Had to keep everything closed and zipped up...
