Awesome doctors, helpful, compassionate and caring reception staff and nurses, clinic provides excellent services.
Nurse is so rude and arrogant please remove her from there. Doctors are really good
Receptionist was lovely. I have put in a complaint to the Health Care commissioner. How Pathetic of the doctor that you won't see someone who is staying in Tumut and very sick. No Doctors at the hospital. Why do you become doctors.
We have booked 3 x Telehealth appointments. 1st time no call ever came, so tried 2 more times the following 2 weeks and still no one bothered calling. I questioned why after every appointment, but no staff could tell me why. On the 3rd & final missed appointment the staff member was much less than helpful & ended up telling me she cannot help me & did not even try to u listen to what I was saying...just, soery we cannot help you. I would like to have a reliable caring GP with supportive staff, surely it cant be that hard ?
