Fabulous experience - amazing location, Very comfortable rooms - pet friendly - beautiful surrounds! Great hosts - highly recommend
We were travelling to stay on our way to sydney as i’ve been on medical bed rest due to complications in pregnancy and the team here were amazing, every accomodating to check in and check out times, recommended a ground floor room close to parking, left treats in the room for our pet and helped make adjustments to make the stay as great as possible. The room itself was in great condition, with a lot of space which made it a nice stay. If i’m ever out this way again in future we will definitely be staying here.

We hosted our wedding recovery event at the historic Fitzroy Inn and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The setting was stunning and the attention to detail in the furniture setup, food, and drinks was exceptional. Everything was beautifully styled, creating the ideal atmosphere for a relaxed and memorable day. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and our guests were full of praise. In nearly every respect, this is a lovely place to stay. Beautiful gardens, great breakfast, pleasant staff. But the room (no 11) left a lot to be desired. Firstly, I cracked my head 3 or 4 times on the sloping ceiling. The shower/toilet room was very small. It was necessary to step out into the main room in order to dry oneself. Finally, I would have liked some warning that the room was only accessible via an 19 step narrow staircase. It was very difficult carrying a suitcase up 19 steps.
