We stopped in Grafton on a road trip and decided to have lunch here. The duck spring rolls were fabulous and the smoked brisket and veg was perfectly cooked, seasoned and plenty of jus - great place for lunch during the Jacaranda Festival as much less busy than the Main Street
Great food at good pub prices. Staff were very friendly and the service was quick and polite. Great country pub and nicely renovated.
Rocked up at 12. Signs everywhere stating open until 2am. Told no entry. We walk away, turn around and they are letting someone in, obviously a friend of security. Backwards joint, reported to police. Lockout law only applies to people that aren’t friends with the security.
Nice place and good food.
Prices are ok food serving size are reasonable, but service very slow after waiting in an empty pub for over 40 minutes 1 meal of tacos was finally received, which was then met by sorry we battered your fish after you ordered grilled its going to take longer, you can sit there and wait while your friend eats and you stare at her... hopeless, wont be returning and certainly dont want service by a girl who looks, acts and sounds like she hates her job
