Joe Gadwaw at the Frankfort KY store was supposed to schedule a delivery of close to $3000 worth of furniture for Saturday March 5 2022. I'm out of town working on the only two days of the week that they deliver. I coordinated with my girlfriend to drive up from Glasgow on her Saturday off day--a trip of about 150 miles one way--to take delivery. Best place ever to shop for furniture. Great friendly staff willing to help in anyway. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
I recently bought a reclining loveseat at the Richmond store. It was priced decent and the store manager advised there was nothing wrong with it, she stated "just had nothing in the store that matched",. I had bought a nice recliner there before and brought a neighbor who had bought furniture before. I was told if there was any issues it would be taken care of. This place sold us a couch that had a manufactor defect and did not tell ys. It took over 6 months fpr them to give us a credit that was below what it would cpst to get a replacement. Alex was rude. Aweful experience and will not go back.
We came in to buy a refrigerator and they were really nice until we paid it off and 3 years later the refrigerator stopped working properly and the door started coming off and tried to get them to replace it or fix it and they refuse! So we are going to have to buy another refrigerator and it won’t be from there! We spent 2000 on this and at least they could do is fix it! A refrigerator is supposed to last longer than that! Thank you for standing behind your product!!
