This has, by far, been the worst rental property I've ever lived at. They're very slow at fixing problems. When I first moved in the security light at my car port went out. When I would report it, they'd put a new bulb in and it would go out again several weeks later. Eventually, I brought this up and the lady at the front desk told me it's an electrical issue and the bulbs keep going out, but it took them nearly 8 months to fix the "electrical issue." RUN...WORST LANDLORD IN CANTON – The FP town homes are spacious at first glance and the agent selling them said many fine qualities about the apartments. She had an endless stream of promises that I foolishly bought HOOK, LINE and SINKER. BEWARE!! BEWARE!!! I listened to an agent that said the carpets are frequently replaced every 4 years, the townhouses are quiet, the neighborhood is safe filled with friendly people. IT IS A RIVER OF LIES.
