I arranged with John in May of this year.The job was to start late June but didn't get started until mid July, with no calls from John, I called once and he said "we are on track", his not mine. He finished the job with a week and was fully paid. We were watering according to his directions. We had some very hot days so I watered more. SHODDY WORKMANSHIP! We hired Fitzpatrick specifically to replace an existing 85-foot section of fence in our backyard, and a short section connecting it to our house in front. I hired a contractor because I didn't have the time to build the fence myself (or to supervise anyone else doing it). Instead of taking the time to clear out the area beneath the fence line, so that the fence boards could be set at an appropriate level, the boards were set above ground level, so their tops were higher than 6'.
