I was made to feel very comfortable with Dr Fitzpatrick from the very first visit. He took the time to listen to all my concerns & I felt he was knowledgeable in his understanding of my issues.
Excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring. My appointments have always been met on time. He listens and takes in all information very carefully. Do not judge a doctor with non-medical complaints. I have been his patient for 22 years; you don't stick with any doctor that long if you have a problem with him. Three stars is not fair ,he's a five star doctor! Go to a meeting with him prepared with questions and concerns. He will take the time to give you strait answers .
The worst experience I have ever had with a physician and staff. Had a call do to a billing error and the manager chose to berate me instead of solving the issue. This is a common theme in this office. It was as if I wasn’t seeing a doctor… absolutely shocking. If you need medical help, this is not the place for you
dr. fitz is great. his office help is HORRIBLE!!! they have screwed me up on almost every visit. they dont answer the phone 1/2 hour after they open, 1/2 hour after they come back from lunch and 1/2 hour before they quit. they wont take messages for their doctors. they take 3 days to get back to the pharmacy with needed prescription updates!!!! HORRIBLE HELP!!!

He is a good doctor that spends time with patient.
Got a call from doctors office at 1:30 to tell me that the office manager made a mistake with my appoint and they should not have made the appointment. I had to take time off from work to go to this appointment and now I lose a vacation day. The office manager told me they knew this am and did not bother to call until 1:30 - Find a doctor with better office help
