Been coming to the gym for three months now, the gym is always clean, spacious, generally quiet. The owner Sam been super friendly and easy-going. When I am able to make it to the classes, they are very well run as well, great sessions. On days on my own, I am able to just follow the screens on the wall and not needing to think about what to do next. Happy with the gym
