Tucked away and not very busy. Equipment in great shape and staff are friendly. Quite a few classes for yoga, mobility and Pilates.
Updated Review as of 1/16/22: Could you consider extending your weekend hours? Closing at 1 PM on Friday and Saturday makes it tough for many people to fit in a workout. Staying open until at least 2 or 3 PM would make a big difference! Pros: This is a fantastic little neighborhood gym and pool, and I’m so glad we have this facility in our community! This branch of the Apex center has some group classes, workout and weight center, pool and private shower / bathroom. More of a boutique workout location and not as big as the main campus. Not located on a main road so harder to find. Good for classes and basic workouts.
