They have a paper that you sign in the event you cancel your appointment.. 100$ fee . Well i did cancel but not giving 3 days notice, well this was my first time seeing the doctor after she cancel 3 times when i showed up those times with no 72 hours notice on there part. She was not in because of a Family emergency my first appointment! And my 2nd Appointment I was told She running behind and had to wait 2 hours because. I have been there about 6 months, I do feel that they hygienist works really well and friendly. I do not recommend this place because of the hidden fees that are addressed to you after the visit. They do not inform you how much you will paying even with insurance and many at times the bill has no explanation of what the fees consist of. In the 6 months I still have not seen any improvement with my teeth and I am afraid that every visit will be added on with more fees.
