Had us waiting 2 hours and we had already an appoinment. He has too many people and is not organized. I needed to send by fax some W-2 and he lost them. Calling him to follow up several times during 1 month and he never got the tax done. Once paid he forget his customers. Now the tax deadline is tomorrow and he is not even aswering the phone. I will never do my tax with him again.
