My experience was very good, they even delivered. I have bought both a washer and dryer.. satisfied!
Purchase a washer from them with a 30 guarantee. Washer broke before 30 days was up. Said they would fix it. Well they didn't out my money & no working washer. Won't even answer our phone calls. Only rated them a 1 wish I could have rated it 0. Not trust worthy people.
Quality of appliances is questionable. Could go the extra mile and repaint them completely. I bought a refrigerator for $340 and have to repaint it. Natalie is very nice as well as Rusty but have to make more of an effort for nicer looking appliances. PS I bought 4 appliances.
