I think they stink. After paying thousands in care for their dog who had Lyme's disease, they had to put her down, which wasn't hard enough then to top it off, they call my daughter at work and tell het that her dog's ashes will be in on Saturday, but they charged the wrong amount of money for the cremation, and in order for her to pick up her dog ashes they would have to pay more money on top of everything else.
