I paid this dealership to diagnose a front-end shake in my vehicle. I was told I needed a very costly repair and that I had an oil leak serious enough to discuss an engine reseal. Service department the lady I spoke to very rude. You work with customers be polite and don’t just hang up. I will be updating my review in hopes my appointment visit is better. Not sure what’s wrong with the Fitzgerald Subaru but I left Rockville in hopes to find better service. Update: Service department experience 5/5.
