I have been very fortunate to receive exceptional service at this Subaru dealership each time I visited for routine service of our 2018 Subaru Outback. Absolutely terrible pricing and customer service. I was quoted an outrageous $206 for a diagnostic, despite the possibility that the issue was as simple as a loose gas cap, and my car is still under warranty. A loose gas cap is a known issue for the crosstrek. The staff was unhelpful and rude, which only made the experience worse. I was genuinely shocked.
The last time I took my car here, I had to bring it back immediately for them to "fix" the issues they caused from their previous service. They didn't attach an intake hose correctly the first time and I almost broke down on a road trip. I brought and back and low and behold they didn't even attach another hose at all! This time, I did break down. Twice now my car has broken down or almost broken down because of their lack of attention to detail (not even a detail a WHOLE HOSE.... TWICE).
