Turns out Bob the owner passed away in February 2021 after a long illness. I was a client of his for over 10 years and I can tell you will never find a more honest, competent and personable man in this or any business. He could fix anything and always did it at a fair price. He was a good man and I will miss him and his stories, he had many!
