The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The receptionist Paige was also very helpful in further appointments
It's hard to give a proper star rating because I've never had such a positive experience with a GP in all my life but I also had to wait an hour for them to see me for a scheduled appointment 😭. It was worth the wait, I feel like I'm being heard and they go above and beyond to make sure I'm getting looked at and after. It's also not a secret they're so good because they're booked out for like 2 weeks in advance so I'd say I'd recommend them but I don't want you adding to my wait time 😉. I’ve been seeing Dr Silbert for ages and I could not thank him enough for the care he has given me over the years. He is a very caring and professional doctor who provides me with first class medical care. He listens to me and actually cares about my physical and mental health. At times there may be a wait to see him, but I don’t mind as I know he is providing a robust caring environment for another patient . Thanks for your care over the years, it’s been invaluable.
Dr Ruth Carr has been a strong supporter of my health and wellbeing over the years. I couldn’t recommend a better doctor.
