Absolutely unacceptable experience. I checked in at reception and was told to take a number and wait to be called. I sat there for 45 minutes, wondering why it was taking so long, only to discover the receptionist had assumed I was waiting for pathology instead of seeing a doctor. At no point did she ask why I was there or confirm what I was waiting for. One simple question at check-in would have prevented me from wasting 45 minutes of my day. Dr. Jenny Fay may have a lot of experience, but the manner in which she treats her patients needs attention. Our family used to see Dr. Devaki, who is an incredible doctor. However, because she is temporarily unavailable, we decided to try another doctor at the clinic. A young family member presented with two very troubling issues, both of which were downplayed and dismissed as subclinical. The practice itself is a standard service although it appears some practitioners do not provide a duty of care, in particular "Dr" Joshua Goldman, who lets his personal views and biases get in the way of what's best for his patients. You would hope coming to a medical practice that you would receive help and support, but instead leave personally judged with no reasoning other than what I can only perceive as personal issues from the Dr themself leaching into their profession. Joshua Goldman does not care about his patients. Very unprofessional, rude and shameful behaviour and remarks towards a patient. Avoid this practice.
The doctor himself is great, but the clinic administration and communication are terrible. Over a couple of months I repeatedly called and left messages asking for a new blood test panel before my appointment. Each time I was told a message would be passed on, but nothing happened. I even used the online contact form on their website, only to later be told it “isn’t monitored” — so why have it? In the end I had to miss my appointment because I never received the pathology form in time to do the bloods. Have now requested it ... read more
