The representative was friendly and extremely helpful. My car was in and out within 2 hours. I take my car here for oil changes and car needs, never a problem. Highly recommend.
Update 3/20 If you ever have an unusual need or issue, reach out to Katie Hall. She is supposedly the "magic person" in every Fitzgerald service department. She claims she can get to the bottom of any service issue & solve it No other auto dealership puts a woman in charge of multiple service departments. But Jack Fitzgerald did. Because it is the "Fitz Way", of course. But katie turned out to be rude, condescending and controlling. I took my ioniq 5 for warranty work (map and nav buttons unresponsive). This is the second time. The first time they didn't get to it and I had to take the vehicle back. This time I confirmed with the rep that a qualified tech was available to work on it on that day. They did try updating the software but it didn't fix the problem. Wanted another day to look into it and I agreed to leave the vehicle behind. They seemed to do something with the vehicle (based on bluelink messages) for about an hour next morning.
