Purchased my Outback from Alex at Fitzgerald in 2020 and I get all of my oil changes and regular maintenance done there as well. I had a misunderstanding with them regarding the warranty a couple of months ago and the service department spent the time (and patience) to explain to my husband and I what I was not understanding. We had a fantastic experience at Fitz Subaru. Sara was amazing to work with. She was friendly, patient, very knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We could not be happier with our Forester. It's the perfect family vehicle for us. I'm so glad we chose to buy this vehicle and this location. Highly recommend!
I just bought a 2021 Forester a week ago at a non Subaru dealership. After the sale I was handed the keys and told to refer to my owners manual to set things up... Boy talk about being thrown to the wolves. The only problem was when I opened the glove box to locate it, there was nothing there. Salesman looked at me and said well you'll have to buy one, check eBay. Over $100 and a week later I got the manual. Still I was unable to get my navigation working. Sara C was great, I didn’t end up buying from them only because I decided to get a pickup truck instead but I’d recommend them to family and friends. Very professional and not pushy at all. Great experience overall.
