Excellent customer service across the board. From my initial car shopping experience with Leon and Andre through my eventual purchase with Travis and Yvonne, everyone was friendly, solicitous, and low-pressure. The showroom is clean and bright with a nice customer lounge, too! It was a great experience all around.
This review is for Jaiden and service team. Brought in our 6 month old Outback with battery issues and they were extremely helpful and patient while trying to pinpoint the problem. Communication was excellent and I would recommend them for service/warranty work.
Travis is the reason this place is getting five stars instead of one. The process of buying a car which should have happened within a day ended up taking almost a month for me due to an issue with their bank, and it was very stressful to have several thousand dollars in limbo for almost a month. However throughout the process Travis reached out to me regularly to make sure that everything was okay, to keep me updated on the situation, and to make sure the loaner car I had been given to use until we got the situation resolved... read more
