Absolutely could not be happier with the results! Isaac Badbinton, the service coordinator and the front desk coordinator, Arika, made the stressful process of getting a car repair a breeze. Isaac went above and beyond to make my car look like new after my mirror broke during a storm and left scratches on the side of my car. I’m so grateful! ☺️
I typically refrain from writing negative reviews unless absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, I must express that this is the worst customer service I have encountered. In June 2024, I took my Hyundai to Fitzgerald Auto Collision for a paint peeling assessment. During my appointment with Paul, he indicated that I should expect to hear back within approximately two weeks. Very happy with the job they did. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and unresponsiveness from Fitzgerald Collision Center (Gaithersburg location) regarding my ongoing Hyundai paint warranty repairs. Stay Far Away if You Care About Your Car I took my Genesis G70 to Fitzgerald Collision Center in Gaithersburg, MD, for front and rear passenger door repairs (dent removal and repaint). I chose them thinking they would be the best option for a Genesis, especially since they're attached to a Genesis dealership.
