Would rather kick you out of an apartment than fix the issues with it. Had issues with apartment since move in, never got fixed, dealt with it for 8 years. Withheld rent as allowed by MA law to give them an incentive to actually get things fixed, instead they tried to evict me. Refused to work with me at all even though I had recently had surgery that I had to risk further issues by moving by a certain date prior to getting a doctor's consent to lift heavy objects.
