Jerry left a job from summer 2020 incomplete after being paid in full. He was contacted many many times in an attempt to get the job completed. He stated that he had the materials needed and that the job would be completed by the end of the following week. That date came and passed, and he was again contacted, stating this time the middle of next week, which again came and went.
