Ryan Grisewood was AMAZING! I would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle. I have purchased multiple new cars, and I must say Ryan was the hardest working salesman yet! The jeep we were interested in with certain options, wasn't on their lot, we wanted a specific color and details and he went above and beyond to find us exactly what we wanted and went and picked it up. He kept an open communication through the whole process.
Great experience here. Donna (while wild) got a veh down from their Hagerstown location in a day don’t pull any tricks or games and got us in and out with the truck we wanted.
This dealership service department is unprofessional. Made an appointment a week ago told it would be looked at today. Dropped off night before and I called at 130 or so got a call back at 3pm and was told they wouldn't be looking at car today and they would need it another day. Didn't care that plans have to be made not everyone has an extra car and we have to work just like they do. Very unprofessional and uncaring.
