Straight up asked the sales manager through text if he saw any signs of rust underneath a truck I was interested in buying. He said, “I saw no signs of rust”. I get there and look underneath, and wouldn’t you know it…rust. Not just a little, a lot of rust and it was flaking. Some was even spray painted black to hide it. Clearly there was substantial rust impacting the entire undercarriage. The manager played dumb when I said I wasn’t interested anymore. Deceptive only took one picture, but elsewhere was much worse
SUCH aggressive sales tactics. Can’t even roll through the parking lot without being practically accosted by a salesperson.
I brought my Jeep in for a very basic service — just an oil change and tire rotation. Somehow even that turned into a frustrating experience. When they called to say my vehicle was ready, they told me they *couldn't rotate the tires* because the lug nuts were “swollen.” Fine. DO NOT buy a used vehicle from this place. They will tell you its good without issues and then sell you a $4,000 warranty on top of it that won’t cover the issues it has that they knew about but didn’t disclose it to you. “I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and experienced serious safety and service issues. Within the first day, a wheel nearly fell off due to loose lug nuts. My temporary tag expired because they put the wrong address on the paperwork—after promising multiple times it would be handled.
