First off I sent my car to them for an issue which they did fix to only get my car back and my alarm no longer worked and my power locks does not work with the key as well as sometimes in the inside as well. Then they tried to charge me for the problem but they were working before I sent them the car which could be verified by the tow company as well as Cheseldine whom had it first. had to unhook my battery because they alarm would not go off and when you hooked it up it would go off so I know for a fact the alarm worked. I recently visited Jeep in Lexington Park, California, MD for maintenance, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The level of unprofessionalism I witnessed from both employees and managers was unacceptable. There was yelling, cursing, and arguments happening openly where customers could hear, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. This place is friendly no pressure,very nice people ask for Roman in sales, he is truthful and caring. Liam is an amazing guy also. These two guys go above and beyond and help the costumers feel welcome and heard. Looked at a Scat Pack 2026 Charger, and it was awesome. I would recommend this car for anyone looking for a safe, full sized, muscle car. The V6 has power for days and it is a wide body monster down the road. Giving this place a shout out because these two guys are so awesome. Thank you gentleman.

There's a sales manager named Liam who is quite reasonable and actually helped me solve a small problem when he had nothing to gain by doing so. This is unusual in the car business, and reflects good character. As for the dealership itself, I have not yet formed an opinion, but my experience has been good so far, and I am hopeful that enough others in this organization share Liam's ethos.

As a former resident of 19 years in Lexington Park, I was amazed at how professional and upfront everyone who handled my sale was. I was not intentionally purchasing another vehicle, but circumstances changed as I was visiting in the county. Greg, my salesman was exceptional in his demeanor, knowledge and understanding of what I needed. The finance manager didn't "handle" me but worked with me to ensure I was purchasing a vehicle that I could continue my travels in. I would recommend this team when car hunting.
