Had work done on truck fuel system that instantly caused a new fuel system problem due to maintenance and they would not honor a fix for something they induced. Wouldn’t mess with this shady place. The bad part is the service desk admitted it was something they did but said it was done right before the sale of the dealership so I would have to get ahold of the old owners.
I took my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit to Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Lexington Park to address a P0303 code (cylinder misfire) and a Service 4WD light. I have the Lifetime Maximum Care warranty, so these should have been covered repairs. It has now been over two weeks and I still don’t have my vehicle back. They have had my truck for over a month now. Brought my truck in because my air suspension bag blew. Had to wait 26 days for warranty approval ( third party so understandable to an extent) had to call to finally get approval and the day I called it magically got approved on the spot, very doubtful. The parts were shipped on a Thursday and would arrive Saturday, stopped by Saturday still not delivered. Called the following Tuesday and they magically came in that day.
