Ordered some absorbent pads Aug 2018. Still have not recieved them. Been trying to contact them through several avenues. Phone keep getting a disconnected message. Email and facebook no reply. They already charged the company credit card. Guess I have to argue with with the bank but 5 mos later doubt will get money back.
Worst Customer Service ever specially from their Vice president Christine who had been to busy to answer a legitimate claim
