They came out fixed. My pond made it clear and great timing so friendly they even help me with everything that were wrong around my pond and in my porch. Some of the nicest workers I’ve ever met and they did a wonderful job on the treatment of my Koi Fish I highly recommend them and will never use another company They went way above what they needed to do. Amazing amazing. Amazing company.
They did a great job - fast - know all about Koi fish and told us lots of knowledge we did not know. Re-ajusted a few things needed done.
Fitz Water design installed out water feature about 8 years ago and it is still beautiful. We had to have our pump changed out last week and the service was amazing! Joel didnt even charge us a service call because he had the pump on his truck that day!!! If you are looking for a custom water feature to change the atmosphere of your backyard or if you have an exisiting oen that needs some repairs....you definatly need to use Fitz Water Design they are Top Notch!!!!!
This is the second water feature we’ve had installed at our home by Fitz Water Design. The sound and unique look of both bubbling water and a waterfall in our own yard is the next best thing to having lake front property. Fitz Water Design has been great to work with. They converted our water feature to a pondless water feature which is much easier to maintain. Recently they came out to make some upgrades to enhance the water feature. We enjoy it year round. Joel is great to work with. He and his staff do a great job and are timely, courteous and professional to work with. Highly recommend as the water feature has become one of our favorite things about our property.
