Owner Kevin Fitzwater wrote a contract with us 9-1-2016. He took $18,666.94 from us as downpayment for cabinetry and granite. He strung our job out 6 weeks only to discover he did not pay for either. He admitted to using that money on a personal bill and does not have the money to pay for our items. We now have no kitchen, lost $18,000 and have to hire someone else, pay again for cabinetry and granite and start over while we press charges on a thief who has no money.
