The new equipment is amazing! The intensity was challenging. The variety of exercises made it go faster and work out every body part. I was super sore after my class with Sensei Ibrahim (Friday nights) he was very motivating and knows how to work around my neck injury and still get me doing what I love. The bags are my FAVORITE ! Definitely recommend it to try it , you will not be disappointed!
This place is my second home for the last 10 years! This is the third and the best renovation. Getting bigger! Family friendly environment. Super equipment. Great coaches. Even if your day is not going well, after class you always leave happy and stress free! Join and enjoy!
