Kathy always does a great job cleaning my teeth and assessing my mouth. Dr. Herlihy answered all my questions and made some helpful suggestions. I've always been happy with my dental care at this office.
Kathy is always very pleasant, thorough and helps one relax while having a cleaning. She takes to time to clean and probe any and all areas for dental issues, explaining anything she may find in clear detail. Dr. Herlihy also does a thorough after cleaning exam, and the office, in general, is very helpful in scheduling appts, working through insurance questions and referrals. Myself and my entire family have been going to Dr. Herlihy for 21 years now and I will not go anywhere else. I have recommended my friends and their family’s to go there and most have, and they are very happy. Dr. Herlihy and his staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. I waited over 14 days to write this review so that I was sure I was telling the truth. Was I afraid to go to my appointment, yes I was, but I went. As always every thing was clean. Receptionist was masked and temp was taken. When I got in the room I told my hygienist I was afraid to come and asked if there were a lot of cancellations. She said no. I haven’t been to the dentist since the beginning of the year. I was wary of going - but I had a feeling that the Team at Easton Smiles had taken the steps necessary to ensure a safe and comfortable office visit. And I was correct. I love the steps that have been taken to keep the patients ant staff safe. I have not felt this comfortable in a doctors office or eye doctor since the start of the pandemic. Easton Smiles you rock!
