this place is a joke. do not expect anyone in this place to know what they are doing. not only do they not know what they are doing they do not care about anyone going to this gym. If you have a question you cannot talk to a manager if they are socializing with one another, even if no other customer is involved. Then when they say someone will call you back, no one ever will (literally ever, I am still waiting.) and when you call back again and get a manager on the phone they will be rude, of course, and then pass you off to... read more

Staff is rude, disinterested and not in any way recognizeable as a representative of the company. facility is dirty poorly maintained. Morning receptionist is rude and cranky. tried to contact the manager via email after my first visit and never heard back. several visits later with identical experiences lead me to believe this should location could change to a 24 hour unattended facility and no one would notice.
