The seven different workouts are repeat for a three week period so that you can improve each successive week. Then after those three weeks, 7 new workouts are started. I signed up for Fitwalls to get in shape for my wedding and this place got me into the best shape of my life and then I loved it so much I couldn't stop. The classes & the format is unmatched. Absolutely love that each class really helps build muscle while working on form and you can set your own goals for each set. I don't have much time to set aside for workouts so it's nice to jam out a quick workout and be able to enjoy the rest of my day. I did the 30 day fitness challenge here and loved it! The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and super encouraging! Love the atmosphere of the gym— very warm and welcoming! Great place to be challenged but without hurting yourself— lots of awesome Cues to make sure you’re doing the moves correctly! Would Highly recommend
