Hana has been my pt for a while now and I really enjoy my sessions. I have multiple health conditions including neurodivergence and our sessions are perfectly tailored to my needs to take those into account with adjustments made to account for fluctuations. I highly recommend.

Hana came to my rescue when my daughter failed her bleep test for the police and she needed help boosting her confidence and overcoming anxiety as she only had one last chance to pass and Hana was absolutely amazing with her ! Listened to her gave her advice and even trained alongside her to boost her confidence can't thanks her enough would definitely recommend 💕👍🏼

I started PT sessions with Hana and it was the first time I felt comfortable to be at the gym. Hana is really easy to talk to and adapts the sessions so they are a personal fit for you. I would 100% recommend Hana if you are looking for a PT!!

I went to hannah as i was finding it difficult to pass a bleep test for the police, i had four sessions with her and she boosted my confidence and helped me pass! She is very friendly and genuinely wants to help, i couldnt recommend her more!

I've been training with Hana for a long time and cannot recommend her enough as a PT. Not only does she make workouts different and introduces me to new equipment but she also takes a genuine interest in her clients' wellbeing. She suggested some tweaks to my diet that were easily manageable and that I was able to commit to long term. I love my sessions with Hana, she makes me work hard but it always feels like fun.
