I have mixed feelings about this. Pros: 1. Sessions are different and gives you a variety 2. Gets you in to a habit specially because of the cost £150 to start and £100/month, you make an effort to go and after four weeks it slowly becomes a habit 3. Joining Fitter Body Ladies Gym was the best decision I have ever made. It is more than a gym. It is a community of like-minded women. I have learnt so much about healthy eating and a balanced diet. Also, I have learnt so much about the benefits of different types of exercise and that I should include strength/weight training as well as Cardio. This is by far the best way to get fit, lose weight and stay healthy. The team at FBL are really caring and supportive and are on hand to motivate you and help you reach your goals. The work outs are amazing and really push you to do the best you can. You leave each session feeling amazing. If you're stuck in a rut and need to change things up I 100% recommend FBL, you won't be disappointed. I'm in week 2 with a 4 pound loss and inches stripped.
