This gym is constantly upgrading and offering more to its members. It’s brought a great sense of community to Newburgh, inclusive of all levels and experience. The owner and staff are all so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they are passionate about building a great gym like no other around here and supporting their member’s fitness journeys. Thankful to have this gem in our neighborhood!
Great place for athletes of all shapes and sizes. John and his team do an incredible job! Lots of heavy free weights, cardio and machines as well as a posing room, batting cages, and a sauna. Can’t beat the price and much more to offer than PF down the road.
This place has everything you can want in a gym! John is amazing. Great energy in this place all the time
Been trying to get a refund for my membership because the disrespect on them charging me double and not giving my money back the steam room barely works the bathroom is digusting i would gladly take the old owners back or someone new that knows what to do the right way
