Casey and Sandi make this gym feel welcoming to everyone — whether you’re a new member or have been here for years. The training classes are excellent, with plenty of time options to fit around your work schedule. You won’t find another gym like this one: faith-based, family-oriented (kids are welcome!), and built on a strong sense of community that you can feel the moment you walk through the doors.

I joined this gym for 2 months while on a rotation in Lufkin for school and now am back in Houston and constantly am thinking how I wish I could find a gym like Fitt Life!! I ended up doing most of the classes here which I loved — the owners were amazing and I instantly felt so welcomed by everyone there. Definitely recommend even if you’re only able to join for a month or two

Best gym around. With even better people running it! We have had multiple birthday parties and nerf wars in the ninja gym and plan on having many more in the future!

We had our 4 year old son’s bday party at FittLife and it was a blast! All the kiddos enjoyed a personal coaching & walk through of the ninja obstacle course, a floor is lava game, + an epic nerf gun battle! Casey stays right there with the kids to ensure safety and understanding of all the ninja fun! Our son will be talking about this birthday for years to come!
