I can't recommend the guys at Hawthorn enough! They are approachable, non-judgmental and are genuinely interested in your health and wellbeing. It's more than just a hard workout like at other big gyms, they keep you on track to reach your goals. Every workout I've done so far is different so it's never boring. They've got a real knack for pushing you to your limits, but not so much that you break.
I recently joined Fitstrong Hawthorn and have loved the group training sessions with Ryan and April. Great training facility in a friendly environment with flexible times, the workout are always varied and interesting to keep you motivated and they are great at managing the group sessions to ensure that each one of us is challenging ourselves.
