After trying out alot of other gyms and different training programs, I haven't ever stuck to a consistent program like I have at Fitstop South Melbourne. I'm stronger and fitter then I have ever been before. I am so happy I've joined Fitstop as the trainers Jess, Ameer and Caity are super supportive and create a fun atmosphere at the gym. The community they've created is very welcoming for all levels. After a year and a half I still feel like I am learning and getting better technique every week!! ☺️☺️

If you have struggled keeping consistency at a traditional gym, I highly recommend fitstop. Jess, Ameer and Caity especially have been invested in my progress from day dot, and make sure my technique is correct in every session. Have noticed such a difference physically and mentally and am so happy I took the plunge and invested in myself in January, I am never looking back! ❤
