I've been using the infrared sauna here for several months now. It's been extremely valuable for me to manage pain associated with IBD/UC. All the ladies who work at the desk are sweet and capable, and the owner, Jody, has been especially helpful and takes a genuine interest in the health and wellness of her clients. The facilities are clean, the showers have good water pressure and no shortage of hot water. This is not just a gym, it's a community.
