I join FitStop Coomera a few months ago and couldn’t be happier! Everyone is super friendly, encouraging and there is no judgement at all! From someone who had never been to a gym before, I was really anxious to start but it has been the best decision I have made! Trust me - you won’t regret it!! The owners, Q and Sel, are amazing!! They are involved in everything and are so helpful! All the trainers and other staff are awesome as well. Do yourself a favor and join ASAP!!
So grateful for everything Fitstop has brought me in the past 12 months! The community is such a great vibe and everyone is always so welcoming and accommodating. After having a long time away from exercise, it was really daunting joining a gym again but now I'm 25kgs down in 12 months and feeling more like myself than I have in a long time! Highly recommend!
