It’s hard to express in words just how amazing Fitstop Coomera is. 6 months ago I was so depressed my partner had to literally carry me out of bed in to the shower. Signing up to Fitstop was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. All you need to do is show up for yourself, and I’ve noticed a significant change in my happiness, health, and mindset. The Fitstop Coomera community is incredibly encouraging and supportive. They keep you accountable, help you achieve your goals, and are always there for each other. I also believe that owning a gym/business is a reflection of the people who own or run it. The biggest regret I have is not joining earlier.
Brilliant owners / coaches who create an awesome environment for their members. Very inclusive culture with all shapes / sizes / ages welcome. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get / stay healthy.
If your on the fence about joining fitstop jump the fence and do it! I join FitStop Coomera a few months ago and couldn’t be happier! Everyone is super friendly, encouraging and there is no judgement at all! From someone who had never been to a gym before, I was really anxious to start but it has been the best decision I have made! Trust me - you won’t regret it!! The owners, Q and Sel, are amazing!! They are involved in everything and are so helpful! All the trainers and other staff are awesome as well. Do yourself a favor and join ASAP!!
