My wife and I have been with Fitstop Coolum for close to a year now. Here are a few notes/observations after a year. - We are both the strongest, fittest and healthiest we've ever been. Absolutely love FitStop Coolum! It's more than just a gym—it's a real community. I always feel welcomed, Ryan and the team bring all the good vibes and positive energy. Incredibly supportive, and you can really feel that it's a family-run business with genuine care for everyone who walks through the door. The workouts are fun, challenging, and always leave you feeling stronger. If you're looking for a place where you feel like you belong, this is it. Highly recommend! 5 stars all the way.
