Best gym in Coolum, solid classes and top trainers. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great community of people and welcoming for all levels of training.

My wife and I have been with Fitstop Coolum for close to a year now. Here are a few notes/observations after a year. - We are both the strongest, fittest and healthiest we've ever been.
