Joined through USAA Active&Fit after an employee told my husband they participate in the program a few days ago. Went in for my first workout and was turned away and told they no longer accept it. I wasn’t offered any information on the memberships that they DO offer so I assumed they didn’t want a new member. Called USAA to cancel and was told they are in a contract and required to accept the membership until their contract expires. I cancelled nonetheless. Great gym. Professional and kind management and staff. Pleasure every time I go!
Wanted to join due to location and a comfortable atmosphere. Spent an hour trying to sign up. The attendant couldn’t get the computer to work and while I was there I witnessed 5 members who couldn’t get in because the fab system wasn’t working. Let me know if you get things sorted out, I’d still try it.
