Hi, I was using your Lose It app on my Iphone. I recently purchased a new phone that uses Android for its platform. None of the links on your knowledge or the chat bot are able to help me transfer the my subscription to my new android phone so that I may continue using it. The help bot says to create a customer support ticket. It gives a link the link says oops something is broken. I tried to go in through the supposed link in the knowledge and again oops its broken. The staff at Fitnow is very knowledgeable and will help you attain all of your fitness goals! I personally worked with Matt and my time with him I made the most progress out of any gym I have ever been to. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants to see the best results.
Rude staff. Scam you out of money. Spends more time texting than focused on training.
