FANTASTIC. You can't find a better team.
Have been doing strength training for years and am very happy to get the personal training and gym equipment at Fitnostics. They helped rehab my knee after meniscus surgery and now it’s better than ever! It’s a great colleagial atmostphere with the other trainees and the workouts are varied and never boring!
Fitnostics is the perfect place! Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects and have helped me tremendously by putting together a program that is tailored to my strengths and limitations. Joe works together with other professionals who can provide additional support In creating a total wellness plan. Great atmosphere. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Glad I found a place where I feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. 😊💪
Was just in town for the week and felt instantly welcomed by this gym community! Great HIIT workouts with a very friendly vibe, fantastic coaching by Coach Marissa and Coach/owner Joe, and very clean with up-to-date equipment ! I’ll definitely be back on return visits, thanks!
