Their price is aligned with other companies I rang around for a quote. They had about a 2-3 week lead time but I was calling before Xmas so potentially it’s busier than usual. The plumbers were nice and seemed knowledgeable. The issue I wanted solved is still ongoing, I suspect the fault lies elsewhere so I don’t think I can blame them. But it does feel like my job could have been 1, maybe 2 appointments but they’ve stretched it to 3, and obviously each time is a minimum 1hr payable.
