I attended a Saturday bootcamp and it was EVERYTHING! High energy, great music, and the vibe was so uplifting from start to finish. Penelope knows her stuff—she pushed us in the best way, made sure our form was on point, and kept the whole session fun and empowering. It’s a full-body burn with zero judgment, just strong women hyping each other up. I left sweaty, sore, and already wanting to come back. I love working out at this gym because Janerika really pushes me! She knew me by name the first day I started coming there, and her classes are always so upbeat and high energy! The fact that this is also an all women’s gym is a plus!!! I recommend her to all my friends and family. Even after moving almost an hour away I still try to find time to make it to her classes! You won’t be disappointed!
Love this gym already! It was such a great experience. Very organized and professional. The coach and other ladies are super motivating. Such a great workout, energy and vibes 10/10
