I’ve been a member for about a year now. I consistently come in at 6:00 AM and also regularly use the tennis courts. Unfortunately, there have been countless mornings where I arrive between 6:00–6:15 AM and no one is there to open the gym. I’ve personally watched 5–10 members wait 20+ minutes before eventually leaving because no staff ever showed up. The key is kept right by the door, yet members are still left standing outside.
