Wish I could give this zero stars. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’ve never picked up the phone in multiple attempts to call. They do not return Facebook messages, birthday party forms, or voicemails. Would not recommend this place who works so hard NOT to attract your business.
This once clean and fun ninja warrior gym has seen much better days. I was embarrassed to hold my daughter's birthday party there. The entire place was filthy. The bathroom had only half a toilet seat. There were cobwebs and trash everywhere. And the mats were deteriorating so much to the point where everyone walked out with chunks of foam throughout their hair. I'm sure the owners are struggling and I feel bad leaving this review, but people should be aware what they're getting into if they book a party there.

We had my son’s birthday party here and let me tell you the website pictures are very deceiving. When we booked the birthday party, it said that we would have a host to show us how to use the obstacles that did not happen. We were told the kids could just run around and play no instruction. The websites FAQs, even state that there would be a trained assistant to help out the kids not just some free for all. The party room and the bathrooms were extremely filthy.
