Very disappointing experience. While waiting, I repeatedly heard Dr. Maureen yelling at her OWN staff, clearly audible to patients in the waiting room. The tone was hostile, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. This created an uncomfortable and toxic atmosphere and reflects poorly on the clinic. No healthcare professional should behave this way in front of patients. She should honestly be embarrassed by how she treats her own staff. She needs to be reported to her college.
I injured my right hand wrist and not recovery for almost 3 months. I am a big fan of Tennis and Pingpong. However, I almost cannot do anything even driving I have to use my left hand to control. The good thing is I find this office and booked the appointment. Dr. Kennedy and the receptionist lady are super friendly and professional. Dr. Kennedy checked very detail and did the X-ray for me. Looking around the city for a good doctor and not having to wait in line at Panam...found Dr.Kennedy and all I can say is i have and will in the future recommend people here. and as an added bonus the receptionist lady is amazing and funny and kind, not something a lot of office work places have.
I was very impressed with Dr Kennedy & staff for a quick appointment time and her deep knowledge and feedback She genuinely took her time and even a phone call out of her ways to help me out . It is most definitely appreciated! Cancelled all other clinics until my wrist repairs I know it will here .
